N.M. - 16yo female with Diabetes, poor control, sexually active since 14yo and with abnormal pap smears. Family situation: lives with younger sister and mother, who has a drinking problem. She is usually on her own. She has now gotten her diabetes under control and is receiving counseling regularly here at CHS.
P.G. 48 yo male from Prospect Hall with reducible inguinal hernia repaired March 2007, diagnosed Rheumatic Heart Disease and valvular disease. He underwent surgery in June 2006 and had Mitral Valve Replacement. Post-op continued follow-up with CHS, seen by cardiologist and has regular lab visits with CHS.
S.M. 49yo female from Lauristown with previous h/o LEEP for cervical dysplasia and now with irregular vaginal bleeding and CIN III on biopsy. She is undergoing a cone biopsy and D&C.
