11/9/08 R.J. 48 yo female. Abnormal Pelvic Mass. Exploratory surgery. Patient with h/o Diabetes and Hypertension and with a large abdominal pelvic mass for two years which caused excessive vaginal bleeding requiring blood transfusion.
