The Ashby Windward Foundation (EIN 75-3226454) is exempt from Federal income tax under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Under sections 2055, 2106 and 2522 of the tax code, it is qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers and gifts. Online donations will be, at the request of the donor, allocated to either a general surgery or education reserve account.
